Yummy Yummy in my Tummy ... with Jessica Coors

Whole wheat calzone stuffed with vegan creem cheese, roasted fennel, zucchini, yellow squash, and tomatoes. Sprinkled with Italian seasonings.

Butter lettuce tossed with crisp cucumber and topped with baked falafel. Dressing made with tahini paste, agave and grain mustard.


Cold soba noodle salad with hericot vert and cucumbers in an asian peanut dressing with grilled tofu triangles. Topped with an almond cilantro lime gremolata.
