I had the pleasure to visit my friend and all-star chef Katie Reineberg at Cookology in Dulles this past Sunday evening. Katie & I grew up together and even went to Virginia Tech; she decided to follow her passion for cooking in our first year and has been ballin out ever since. I was so excited to get to see her at her own game at Cookology teaching us kitchen newbs how to slice & bake. Even more impressive was the meal - I was basically comatose after our Butternut Squash Lasagna, Fall Greens salad, and Apple+Pear Tartan. It was a delicious evening of cooking & eating and would make a PERFECT date (get the hint bros)
